Kick Out at Dementia

During the programme, we ran informative workshops around dementia awareness from the Alzheimer's Society, chair-based exercise and more. Our sessions were followed by a social hour, where participants enjoyed hot drinks, cakes and a good conversation.

Following the programme, we have continued to run Walking Football sessions to provide ongoing opportunities for participants to stay active and socially connected.
