What is Wellbeing+

Wellbeing+ is our adult wellbeing programme designed target adults and older adults in the community. Our sessions are friendly, low-impact and adaptable in our mission to make physical activity accessible for everyone.

Wellbeing+ goes beyond physical activity. It's built around 4 key principles:

We have various sessions under Wellbeing+ and you can get involved in whichever suits your interests and needs.

Walking Cricket

Low-impact cricket session, focused on movement, teamwork and participation. 

Walking Football

A slower-paced, inclusive version of football. We focus on participation and enjoyment. 

Sit Strong

Low-impact chair based exercise, focusing on mobility, strength and confidence in movement. Supported with upbeat music. 

WalkFIT

An indoor walking based, low-impact circuit session. A fun way to get steps in with friends and increase confidence in walking.
